01 — Approach

A focused practice.
Measured counsel.

We represent businesses across a wide range of industries and sizes — from formation and financing through operations, transactions, and expansion. Alongside traditional legal representation, we provide strategic advisory counsel to executives and leadership teams on matters that span legal, business, and market dimensions.

The work centers on avoiding problems through careful planning and well-drafted contracts, and on resolving them efficiently when they arise. We evaluate outcomes, educate clients to support informed decisions, and build strategies around the client's actual goals — not the ones lawyers are often tempted to substitute.

When a matter calls for specialized expertise, we collaborate with outside consultants, accountants, and co-counsel. We consider the client relationship itself to be part of the work product.

"What I value most about working with Todd is the clarity. He listens carefully, thinks through second-order consequences, and gives advice in plain language that I can actually act on."

"Having Todd as my attorney has been one of the best business decisions I've made. He's responsive, speaks plainly, and treats small questions with the same seriousness as big ones. It's like having a partner-level attorney on call."

C. Todd Cammack, Esq.

Todd Cammack practices corporate, business, and real estate law from Raleigh, North Carolina, representing owners and closely-held companies across the state.

He began his career as a finance attorney at Parker Poe in Raleigh, then left traditional practice to co-found a Raleigh-based commercial real estate company — an operator's perspective he now brings back to the counsel side of the table. The combination informs a practice oriented toward practical outcomes rather than procedural theater.

Todd graduated with honors from North Carolina State University in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration (magna cum laude), and received his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2001.
